I could plonk down two boxes with the Recliner texture or just one wall saying "hey there are chairs beyond here". You dont have to go to config.pro but you do have to go to Options: > FILE/OPTIONS/SKETCHER/SKETCHER GRID/SNAP TO GRID > Yes, it is about the most boneheaded basic Detail option one could > think of in any of the ProE/WF/Creo implementations. I'd say that Stop Sign works best using a combination of both - walls for the overall boundary and cubes or rectangles over the shape of objects that may intrude into the play area. The TV, fireplace, recliner etc are more of an informative wall telling me which direction in the room I'm going - I have a large living room space with a three-point floating pulley reel managing the cable, so in some games it's easy to get turned around and this is better in my experience than constantly looking at the floor to track a center marker through fpsvr/ovr advanced settings. The "heater" one is just a cube on the floor where the space heater sits, so you can definitely fit the box to the object as well. I use them as walls around my living room play space, which is far away from my desktop PC via extension cables and makes WMR calibration basically impossible.
